Meet Nealco's President: Neal Cass
“I am a 1970 graduate of Mass Maritime Academy with a B.S. in Marine and Electrical Engineering. I began work in the asbestos field in 1993 for LVI Environmental, the largest abatement firm in the country. In 1999 I started my own company on a part time basis, and left LVI to go full time in 2003. After 15 years I have an extensive client list of real estate brokers and heating contractors, with General Contractors and Boston school department providing work on a regular basis.”
Neal Cass has been working in the asbestos field since 1993, and is a local expert in the field. He is a reliable and dependent man with a solid work ethic. He is "always on," and will not stop working until he knows that the customer's needs have been fulfilled. Not only an expert in asbestos, Neal has a social network of local contractors, and happily provides referrals for any kind of work his clients could need.
In 2015, Neal down-scaled his company to a small asbestos testing business called Nealco Inspectional Services. Devoted to customer service, it is Nealco's mission to make asbestos testing as simple and expedient as possible. Neal will personally visit homes and properties anywhere in eastern Massachusetts to provide his expert opinion on suspected asbestos containing materials or mold, take samples for laboratory testing, and fulfill all state and municipal requirements needed for demolition/renovation permits. Customer satisfaction is Nealco's priority, and Neal is accessible at any hour of the day to answer any of your questions or concerns.
Nealco also has a business partnership with various asbestos abatement companies. If Neal does find asbestos present, he will ask your permission to forward the details to one of these companies, who will provide an estimate for the removal of the asbestos containing materials. You can respond to the proposal if you chose, or keep it on file for a later date.
